Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at 99 Fils, operated under Ninty Nine Fils Trading LLC. We deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
1. Delivery Areas
- We ship to all residential and commercial addresses across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
- We do not ship outside the UAE.
2. Shipping Fees & Payment Methods
- Standard Delivery Fee: 15 AED per order (anywhere in the UAE).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across the UAE with no additional fee.
- Digital Payments: We accept Tamara, Tabby, and all major debit/credit cards.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) Monday–Saturday are processed the same day. Orders on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Delivery Timeframes:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi & other emirates: 2–3 business days
- Remote areas: up to 4 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Important Delivery Terms
- Please provide an accurate delivery address and a valid UAE phone number.
- A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery up to three times.
