Refund and Returns Policy
At 99 Fils, operated under Ninty Nine Fils Trading LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell beauty, cosmetics, and wellness products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards to protect all our customers.
Please read our return and refund guidelines below before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any protective seals or wrapping must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Exceptions)
Due to health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations in the UAE, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Any cosmetic, skincare, or wellness product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Products purchased during clearance, mega-sales, or special promotional events (unless they arrived damaged).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if an error occurs, we will fix it immediately.
- What to do: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: Please provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect item via email or WhatsApp.
- Resolution: We will arrange a free replacement pickup and deliver the correct item to you at absolutely no additional shipping cost.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, 99 Fils will cover all return shipping and pickup costs.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an eligible, unopened item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the local courier return fee (typically 15โ25 AED depending on your Emirate).
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Returns (Online Card Payments): If you paid online via credit/debit card, the approved refund will be credited back to the original card used during purchase. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Approved Returns (Cash on Delivery - COD): If you paid via Cash on Delivery, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or a digital store credit voucher, based on your preference.
