  • Products must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • For skincare, beauty, and cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons (unless the product is defective or damaged).
  • For clothing, items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable, including:

  • Skincare and beauty products that have been opened or used.
  • Cosmetics that have been opened or used.
  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated).

3. How to Return Items

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@99fils.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Photos of the damaged or defective product may be required.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
