Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: After placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also track from our Help Center – Track My Order page.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. For changes, please contact our customer care team on WhatsApp or email.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days across UAE. For remote areas, it may take up to 5 days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer Free Shipping on selected products (like Skinlite bundles). Look for the Free Shipping tag on the product page.
Q: What if my delivery is late?
A: If your delivery is delayed beyond the promised time, we’ll credit AED 20 to your account as compensation.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, Tabby, and Tamara.
Q: Is it safe to pay online?
A: Yes. Our payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant and 100% secure with data encryption.
Q: My payment failed. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry! Try again with another card or select Cash on Delivery. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, we offer free returns within 7 days, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order details, and we’ll arrange a pickup.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
🤝 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Q: How does Cash on Delivery work?
A: Select Cash on Delivery at checkout, and pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives.
Q: Do you charge extra for COD?
A: No, COD is free. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Q: Can I check the product before paying?
A: For safety reasons, payment must be made before opening the package. If you have any issue, you can return the item under our Free Return Policy.
